Hillary Caston is such n amazing individual! After meeting with her at an Open House, she was very persistent in selling our home very quickly…she did it within 45 days!!!!!! We consider her a “Wonder Woman/Super Hero” soft of individual as she goes way out of the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent. She assisted with staging our home, meeting contractors for repairs, scheduling termite work, etc.
In closing, we were overly impressed with her tenacity in locating a new home for us in such a short period of time. Our new home is absolutely perfect. We are so happy and owe it all to her!!!!

Luxury beach front property can be challenging, as there may be few comparable sales and potential qualified buyers can be sophisticated and knowledgeable. We certainly faced challenges from buyers’ agents who thought they were smarter than you. We were well-served by your experience and knowledge as to appropriate and business-like ways of dealing with such shenanigans. In the end we were able to close on the terms we expected.

As we near the closing of our Laguna home, Rick and I want to thank you again. We had been weighing the pros and cons of selling our home vs. investing substantially in it to make it the gem that it should be. A gorgeous view, but a home that needed too much time and work. At our age, we didn’t want to go through yet another remodel. We wanted to be spending our time biking, traveling, and with family.
It was in late May, that I connected with Hillary about a “make me move” offer on our home. We agreed on a minimum price and then Rick and I went off to Spain and Italy for a three week vacation. Our agreement was that if Hillary could sell our home at our agreed upon price, “as is”, with no listing, no advertising, and no signs, we’d go for it. Amazingly, less than two months later, our transaction is coming to a successful conclusion. The fact that Hillary sold it at 99% of our listing price (and over our agreed upon minimum) with no signs, no MLS listing, and no advertising is even more amazing! And, amidst the complexities of this transaction, Hillary kept sanity, professionalism, and grace…not to mention ours. Hillary is simply spectacularly great at her job.

Hillary is a trusted friend and brilliant negotiator. Because she knows all the players personally, she will present your offer in person with her charing skills of persuasion.
